17″ Roping Style Saddle made by Circle S Saddlery with FULL Quarter Horse Bars. Saddle features tooling on the jockeys and skirts. Comes complete with a latigo tie strap and off billet. Saddle has a pre-wrapped horn and IS warrantied for roping.
