Light to medium severity, three piece mouth center piece measures 1. 1/2” and has a loose copper rollers. Three piece mouth allows more bend than a two piece mouth. It also allows more tongue relief. This mouth piece works on the outside bar pressure points. Has copper inlayed bars.
