Powder (previously granules) replaces electrolytes lost through sweat. Helps support energy production at the cellular level. Can be used proactively and given up to 12 hours ahead of travel or exercise. 1 scoop serving contains 0.25% min/0.75% max calcium, min 68%/max 73% salt, min 11% potassium and 0.40% magnesium. Directions: Maintenance/light exercise – 1-2 scoops; Light sweating – 2-3 scoops; Moderate sweating – 2-4 scoops; Heavy sweating – 3-6 scoops. 1 oz scoop enclosed.
