- If a stronger effect is desired, an angle change of the mouthpiece in the mouth can be achieved using a lever-operated side piece
- depending on the lever length of the attachments, a different degree of immediate angulation of the bit in the mouth can be achieved
- the desired permeability can be achieved through the increased pressure at certain points
- when the pressure is released, the butterfly bar immediately returns to its comfortable position
