Care instructions
- clean saliva residue under running water after every ride

Size guide
- an already well-fitting bit can be used as a reference for the correct size
- alternatively, measure the mouth width: place a bit ruler or soft cord in the mouth at the intended position
- mark the end points and measure the distance
- correct bit width: rings are just outside or slightly above the corners of the mouth
- too narrow: causes pressure points
- too wide: slips in the mouth
- for bits with freely movable rings: allow for a small clearance (1 cm on one side) so that the rings can rotate freely without pinching the lips
