Medium to strong severity, two bar pieces of the mouth are connected by a barrel type hinge in the center. This mouth piece has slightly more break in the center with both the bar pieces functtoning independently allowing lift on one side at a time. This mouth piece also applies tongue pressure and has copper inlayed bars.
