- the Easy Control double broken thigh snaffle bit switches between a loose ring bit and a bar bit depending on the rein pressure
- with light contact, it functions like a double broken bit
- if the horse exerts strong forward pressure on both reins, it transforms into a bar bit
- the shanks provide lateral guidance and keep the bit in the correct position
Note: Any bit can cause pain if used roughly or improperly. The wrong size can also be painful for the horse.

Size Guide
- a bit that already fits well can be used as a reference for choosing the correct size
- alternatively, measure the mouth width: Place a bit gauge or soft string in the intended position in the mouth
- mark the ends and measure the distance
- the bit width should be selected so that the rings lie just outside or slightly beyond the corners of the mouth
- a bit that is too tight can cause pressure
- a bit that is too wide can shift sideways
- for bits with freely moving rings, allow for approximately 1 cm of clearance on one side so that the rings can rotate freely without pinching the lips
