• can be fixed particularly well with the help of the Velcro fasteners on the leg
• before cooling, store the gaiter in the refrigerator or briefly in the freezer 
• do not store too long in the freezer, otherwise the cooling chambers will freeze 
• the individual cooling pads are not removable
