General effects of magnetic field therapy:

Preliminary remark: An inflammatory process reduces the blood circulation and therefore the oxygenation of the cells; this weakens the entire organism and leads to cell acidosis and therefore to changes in the pH value. Instructions for use

• accustom the horse gradually, as it may feel a slight tickling sensation at first caused by the increased localised blood flow
• it is recommended to monitor the horse during the first applications to prevent it from damaging the working boots
• can be used on horses of all ages and sexes when the horse is resting, including permanent use if necessary
• only put on when the horse is resting and has cooled down to avoid possible disturbances that could irritate the horse’s behaviour
• Not for paddock use or dynamic activities (e.g. grazing, lunging, riding, etc.)

Caution:

• if injuries are present, do not use in the acute phase (in the first 5 days)!
• do not use if there are significant haematomas, open wounds, bleeding, injuries or untreated infections, as the magnetic effect could contribute to an expansion of the area affected by these pathologies!
• do not use in combination with anti-inflammatory drugs or ointments or with liquefying agents applied to the areas affected by the magnetic treatment!
• do not use in the presence of a person with a pacemaker!
• it is not a medical product!
